#ConUnPack brings MAD HEIDI, this year’s European genre film sensation to Spain, after an impressive crowdfunding campaign, which managed to raise over 3 million euros and caught the attention of even Variety. The film comes from winning the Audience Award at the Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival, as well as touring a number of horror festivals in the official section.
MAD HEIDI is a true Swissploitation film (label and production company created for the occasion by its producer Valentin Greutert and its directors, Johannes Hartmann and Sandro Klopfstein).

Synopsis:
In a dystopian Switzerland that has fallen under the fascist rule of an evil cheese tyrant, Heidi lives a pure and simple life in the Swiss Alps. Grandfather Alpöhi does his best to protect Heidi, but her yearning for freedom soon gets her into trouble with the dictator’s henchmen. The innocent little girl is transformed into a female fighting force that sets out to free the country from the crazy cheese fascists.
