#ConUnPack Distribución is pleased to release in theaters and platforms in Spain, after its great success in Argentina, “Yo, mi mujer y mi mujer muerta” by Santi Amodeo (¿Quién mató a Bambi?, Astronautas) starring Óscar Martínez, Carlos Areces and Ingrid García Jonsson.

Santi Amodeo on “Yo, mi mujer y mi mujer muerta”– “For reasons that are not relevant, I had been thinking about making a film about grief for some time. Holding on to that idea, we have put up a film with a careful production and an internationally recognized cast (with Oscar Martinez at the head, one of the most important Hispanic American actors of the moment), which brings an acid look that combines emotion and some humor, about death, family and the weight of appearances”.

The film competed in the official section of the past Malaga Film Festival, where the Argentine actor Óscar Martínez (El Ciudadano Ilustre, Relatos Salvajes) won the Golden Biznaga for best male performance.
SHORT SYNOPSIS

Bernardo, an Argentine architect and professor of strong convictions, refuses to cremate his wife, as she requested. Days later, her grave is found desecrated and Bernardo is pushed into a strange trip and journey through the Costa del Sol to get rid of her ashes, in which Bernardo will discover that he didn’t know his wife as well as he imagined…
